We’ve ‘hooked up’ with Broadhead Brewery to bring you not one, but TWO collaborative beers! While we are releasing a classic, old school DIPA, Broadhead is releasing a contrasting, modern DIPA!
Our version is 8.5%, with all the characteristics of an original west coast DIPA – firm bitterness and hoppiness, accompanied by notes of pine, orange and toffee.
The Broadhead Version of ‘Hooked Up DIPA‘ introduces itself with a bright, tropical aroma, with notes of grapefruit, pineapple and orange. Your palate is left with a taste of lingering caramel and mild bitterness – all balanced out by the strong hop presence.

- Carbonation: 2.4 Volumes (Medium)
- Malts: 2-Row, Crystal T50, DextraPils
- Hops: Columbus, Simcoe, Centennial
- Yeast: Cali Ale
- Other: Dextrose, DME
- Appearance: Deep orange copper, slight haze, thin white head
- Aroma: Pine trees, orange marmalade, dank, floral, hop spice, toasty malt, toffee, some alcohol heat
- Taste: Resinous pine, orange pith, sweet marmalade, floral, tacky caramel that ends with a slight heat of alcohol, firm bitterness to balance the malt
- Mouthfeel: Medium bodied, with a creamy carbonation, resinous coating and slight heat, lingering marmalade
- Overall impression: An old school DIPA with firm bitterness and plenty of classic American hop character
