The third in a series of quarterly brews (this one in collaboration with our friends and neighbours at Folly Brewing), this one’s a Patersbier, otherwise known as a Belgian Enkel, or a Singel. Or, perhaps more simply put: it’s a light, refreshing ale with fruity, floral and peppery notes.
Carbonation: 2.70 Volumes (High)
Malts: 2 Row Pale, Flaked Wheat, Vienna
Hops: Magnum, Tettnanger
Yeast: West Abbey Ale
Other: Blackberry Puree, Hibiscus Flowers
Appearance: Light in colour with a pink hue, white head
