Henderson Brewing will be providing all proceeds from this brew to Toronto Rape Crisis Centre / Multicultural Women Against Rape (TRCC/MWAR) https://trccmwar.ca.They work towards a violence-free world by providing anti-oppressive, feminist peer support to survivors of gender-based or sexualized violence.
“not your honey” has a toasty malt character with a silky mouthfeel. Using local honey, this fruit-forward double dry hopped IPA provides the perfect balance between sweet and bitter.

- Carbonation: 2.40 Volumes (Medium Low)
- Malts: Pale 2 Row, Vienna, Flaked Oats, Flaked Wheat
- Hops: Talus, Galaxy, Sabro
- Yeast: Vermont Ale
- Appearance: Very hazy, deep orangey golden, thin white head
- Aroma: Tangerine, vanilla, coconut, cannabis, spicy hops, floral honey, pineapple, mild resinous pine, toasty malt base underneath all those hops
- Taste: Pithy citrus, vanilla, pineapple, herbal spice, sweet and toasty malt, mild menthol
- Mouthfeel: Full, round malt body with mild lingering pithy bitterness, creamy carbonation
- Overall: A big burst of fresh hops with a smooth, round body and mild bitterness
