Beer festivals are always a good excuse for trying something a little different so, for our Under the Big H festival, we brewed this Raw Grisette. Raw beers are made without boiling the wort, which has a substantial effect on the body of the beer and on the flavour. A delicate Grisette seemed the perfect beer to try this technique out on, and we invited our friends from Bench to collaborate on the brew. The result is this delicious, citrusy and easy-drinking Belgian ale with a round mouthfeel and fruity notes. Though we brewed it to pour at The Big H, we also canned some so you can try it even if you can’t make the festival.
