We are one of the fastest growing Ontario breweries at the LCBO and are beers are available in Loblaws, Metros and select Beer Stores across the province.
We currently have 6 full time brands listed at the LCBO – which includes our collaboration with The Society of Beer Drinking Ladies and our flagship Henderson’s Best.
You will be reporting to our VP of Sales and working as part of a team with our other excellent sales reps.
This is a full time role.
Who You Are:
A self-starter. A team player. That being said – you will be based from home & essentially working remotely with the rest of the retail team – including our Inside Sales Support Lead.
You understand how the LCBO environment works & are able to quickly build on our existing distribution.
You’ve worked in Beverage Alcohol before but are looking for the right fit – you want to work with a brewery that has inventory, strong brands & a support network (distribution / telesales / head office support)
Retail Sales Representative for GTA West
> Building Henderson’s presence in LCBOs across the territory
> Executing / ensuring our paid programming is set up in stores
> Gaining new listings (hopefully in the fridge) for our flagship brands as rotating seasonals
> Working with our Inside Sales Team to ensure we have the correct inventory in the right location
> Calling on Grocery & TBS stores as required and the odd licensee.
> Dropping into our select On Premise accounts in the territory and ensure our beers are properly represented
The Experience Required:
> 2 year (min) previous sales experience with a Beverage Alcohol Company is a must – specifically LCBO
> A desire to win and a passion for being part of a team
> Ability to manage your time & schedule on a weekly and monthly basis > Must be Smart Serve Certified and have valid driver license
